SPORES

Where are your spore syringes produced? Our spore syringes are produced at our lab in Kingston, Jamaica.         

Do you provide spore prints or vials? We generally provide spore prints and vials for commercial growers and projects, feel free to contact our team via Email or WhatsApp for more information.

Do you offer refunds/returns on spore syringes? We generally do not offer refunds or returns on spore syringes, unless bought and used with one of our grow kits. We inspect and test our spore solutions before sale and in many cases after sale.

LIQUID CULTURE

Where is your LC produced? Our LC is produced at our lab in Kingston, Jamaica.

Do you provide liquid culture Jars or larger quantities of LC? We generally provide large syringes or jars of LC for commercial growers and projects, feel free to contact our team via Email or WhatsApp for more information.

Do you offer refunds/return on LC syringes? We generally do not offer refunds or returns on LC syringes, unless bought and used with one of our grow kits. We inspect and test our spore solutions before sale and in many cases after sale.

GROW KITS

Where are your grow kits produced? Our grow kits are produced and packaged under sterile conditions in our lab in Kingston, Jamaica.

Do you provide larger grow kits and custom growing solutions? We always have more grow kit designs in the works, with both yield and ease of use in mind, as well as some outdoor options which can be personalized upon request! Do you offer refunds/returns on grow kits? If used with one of our spore or LC syringes yes, we do offer refunds and returns on our grow kits with some conditions, please see below:

  • If you see no growth after 2 weeks*, feel free to return your grow kit intact and untampered with, (unopened BRF jar, and remainder of spore or LC syringe, unused grow tray and unused grow bag) and we will replace your entire kit, at no cost to you!*

*We do not replace kits that were successfully inoculated and colonized.

*You are responsible for the cost of returning your kit, but not for the shipping cost of your replacement kit.

CULTIVATION TOOLS AND SUPPLIES

Where are your cultivation tools and supplies available? We currently only offer delivery options.         

Do you offer bulk quantities to commercial cultivators? We do offer bulk quantities and prices to commercial growers for both cultivation and lab tools/equipment and supplies.

Do you source specialty or custom items? We are dedicated and ready to meet all mycological needs and demands including sourcing and importing specialty and customs items.

OTHER SERVICES 

Do you offer consultation services?
